Albin Pump have developed and patented a revolutionary AODD pump. This new patented construction means that AODD pump users can now lower their running costs, and reduce pulsation and energy consumption.

AD REVOLUTIONARY AODD PUMP
Compared to traditional AODD pumps, the AD pump offers 70% lower pulsation, a reduction in energy consumption of up to 45%, noise reduction, three to five times longer operation time between service intervals and an increase in diaphragm lifetime by up to five times. These features are a consequence of the patented air-valve construction, the flexible diaphragm suspension, the new valve construction and the central flow.

FLEXIBLE FEATHERED FLAP VALVES
The compact outer measurements and capability to install the pump upside down, sideways or vertically is a result of using feathered flap valves instead of ball valves, therefore providing flexibility during installation and setup.

The AD pump is designed so that all vital parts are easily accessible without having to remove the pump from the pipe system, greatly minimising downtime. All these improvements result in lower operational costs, reduced cost for spare parts and improved overall economy.

This pump epitomises what we at Albin Pump wants to achieve: better pump solutions for our customers.
