Albin Pump AB expands by opening a new production and marketing unit in France for a newHose Pump, the ALH series.
From 1st of february 2007 Albin Pump produces their own hosepumps. The ALH Hose pump is developed and has been tested through several programs during a long period and is now ready to offer several advantages regarding the lifetime of hoses, service and maintenance simplicity for our costomers compared to competitors.
Albin Pump offers a complete aerie of hose pumps with models from ALH10 to ALH 125 with hose diameters from 10 mm to 125 mm with flowrates up to 70m3/h.
The pumping movement is obtained by compression and relaxation of a specially designed rubber hose. The hose is compressed between the internal wall of the pump and the shoes.
The pumped fluid is only in contact with the inside of the hose wall.
The dimension of the particles must not exceed 15% of the interior diameter of the hose.
The pump has neither joint nor valve.
The pump flow pulsate. The pump can be supplied with a pulsation dampener.
The pump can be supplied with a pulsation dampener.
The pump house is partially filled with lubricant, thereby allowing smooth running of the shoes on the hose.
