Albin Pump AD – Small Giant
Albin Pump have developed and patented a revolutionary AODD pump. This new patented
construction means that AODD pump users can now lower their running costs, reduce pulsation
and energy consumption which has been nominated as Technical Innovation of the Year.

Compared to traditional AODD pumps, the AD pump offers 70% lower pulsation, a reduction
in energy consumption of up to 45%, noise reduction, three to five times longer operation
time between service intervals and an increase in diaphragm lifetime by up to five times.

The pump housing is partially filled with lubricant, thereby allowing smooth running of the shoes on the hose. The pumped fluid is only in contact with the inside of the hose and can therefore be of an aggressive nature and/or with particles.
